Excellent bedside manner Knowledgeable and up to date. I worked with and observed Dr Ahmad at the hospital prior to retirement. When I needed a neurologist for myself there was no doubt that I wanted Dr Ahmad.

Walked out of multiple appointments, after waiting beyond 60 mins. I think other offices may be tired of the mismanagement here as well, as the paper records are a joke, and you should probably take any followup testing in your own hands, if you actually want it scheduled. Much like most of modern medicine, this doctor is only there to write prescriptions and further inflate the costs in this industry. You will be unsatisfied.

Dr. Ahmad is the BEST! He truly cares about you, you're not just a job!

His staff is rude and waits are over 90 minutes past appointment

His wait times are at least 75-90 minutes after your appointment time. His staff can't make a referral he requested without many days going by and multiple calls to their office. He spends at most 10 minutes with you and tries to get you in and out without answering questions.

I went to see Dr Fraisal Ahmad today as a follow up after having a big scare in my life and had a stroke , I was hospitalized for 5 days really looking forward to seeing him today because I dont feel wellm After i got there the receptionist was very rude to me and i just left never felt like that before in my life so i just left and im going to go see my family doctor that takes interest in me and caresm I was tallking to patients out in the waiting room and they said they are rude and disrespectful i will never return to Dr Faisal ahmad again and when i was in the hospital he was wonderful till i went to his office

They didn't even know why I was there. The staff gave me dirty looks. Very unprofessional. Look somewhere else if you can.

I had a very serious health scare to me. With that being said my health issues were neurological and Dr. Ahmad was appointed to me while I was in the hospital. Ive been through so much and so much testing and still no diagnosis. Also when asked questiond he doesnt like to answers or makes you feel as though your incoviencing him. He then seems to find it easy to just prescribe depression meds when you worry about your health. When you complain about that he tells you Drs. Are a dime a dozen find a new one. I havent been back especially since his Drs. Office is always so disorganized he doesnt have the info for you on follow up visits and the office wait time is rediculus.
