I think that the office staff that Dr. Alam presently have is his best staff he's had since 2012. They are very professional, courtesy to the patients, and willing to go above and beyond. I have heard lately a lot of racist comments being made to his staff, yet those young ladies have stayed professional, and courteous beyond I could ever be. Their billing staff Manager, she is excellent in helping you understand the billing process and EOBs. She goes above and beyond in helping your claims get paid. I've never encountered a billing staff that goes beyond the call of duties for myself and others. Keep it up Staff, I will keep coming back. Shirley....

I arrived they said Linda before I did. Filled out my paper work. And in not long at all I was taken in to the room to be seen, this was first visit to Dr. Alam. Since my Dr. Moved away. If First expressions count I believe I will like him for A Dr. BUT he could smile some, ð??? but he takes care of his patients from what I have seen so that's what is the most important,!!!

The Dr got me in right away, and spent a lot of time going over my symptoms, and asked good questions. He seemed very caring and concerned about me. He got right to the point and told me exactly what he wanted to do, and why. Seems well organized, and well focused. Office people were very helpful and friendly. Office was very clean. Staff seems very competent. His sleep clinic is excellent. I am very glad that I went to him!
