Dr. Syed Ali Faraz Raza Zaidi, MD

My grandmother who is in her 90s had an appointment today and my mother was sent multiple texts saying the appointment was at 3:45, nearly all of them said 3:45. The most recent text said 3:30, sent the same day as the reminder that it was 3:45. My family gets there with my grandmother (again, in her 90s and it was over 100 degrees out and very difficult to get her to appointments and the heat just makes it harder), at 3:40. They get there and Dr. Zaidi was gone for the day! No phone call or anything, didn't bother to see if they were still coming, or to see if the new appointment time was even alright, OR to let them know the Dr had left for the day. Just left! This was incredibly disrespectful, uncaring, and unprofessional. This treatment makes it clear he does not care about treating patients with respect and basic human decency, and you can see multiple reviews across different sites saying the same unfortunately.
