Dr. Fareedat Oluwatosin Oluyadi, MD

This doctor had me stressed the ENTIRE pregnancy . I don't think she know anything about actually being pregnant . She wanted me to take and asprin the whole pregnancy(I never did) because why ? I was never a "high risk" patient . She made me take the glucose test twice because it was "borderline" , and kept reminding me to not eat too much sugar because if I did my baby "could pass out and die" yes THATS EXACTLY HOW SHE SAID IT. when I had a concerned about my baby not moving for 4 days straight at 16 weeks she told me that I shouldn't even be feeling anything because my baby still has no limbs or nothing . AT 16 WEEKS THAT BABY HAS LIMBS .she would ask me if I had been feeling contractions and I asked her idk what are those supposed to feel like , and she said "usually in your upper diaphragm" HUH!?!? Why would I feel it up there !? Anyways . She was also ALWAYS reminding me to not gain weight because I'm already at a high body mass . I asked friends if they had ever had a doctor… tell them that while pregnant and they would say no and would even tell me they gained 40+ pounds and there doctor NEVER did that to them.. At the end of my pregnancy I was my exact starting weight. Pushed 3 times and popped my baby out like nothing. Not even 5 minutes . Just because you have an overweight patient , doesn't automatically make them high risk . Glad I listened to my gut and asked to not be seen by her no more ! The day i asked to switch doctors , she confronts me !! Like ma'am I don't want to talk to you !! And no there isn't anything you could've don't better ! It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Don't approach a patient that is asking not to see you ! I confided with other doctors there and they also said she's crazy for all that .i remember asking her if she's had kids her self and that pretty much explained everything.

I went to see Dr. Oluyadi twice and she was great on both occasions. She was very easy to talk to, listened to my concerns and was not judgmental. I felt very comfortable and will be seeing her again.

I saw Dr. Oluyadi today for some knee pain I was having. She listened to all of my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and did a thorough examination of my knee. She even offered to give me some physical therapy exercises to try at home first knowing that I probably wouldn't have the time to go to physical therapy with working full-time and caring for one baby and one toddler. Her bedside manner was excellent as well. I highly recommend her.

I had a appointment with her on Wednesday, Sept. 12th at 9 am. I left my house in Spotswood at 8:15 am (should only take 20 minutes to get into New Brunswick). There was a bad accident where Rt. 18 and the turnpike come together and I was in traffic for an hour. I signed in 15 minutes late for my appointment and sat down. The receptionist call me to the window (about 5 minutes after I arrived) and said that I was over the 15 minute late policy and the doctor couldn't see me. I explained about the accident and asked if the doctor would make an exception and she returned to the window and said that the doctor said that I would mess up her schedule. You must be kidding me!! I would have to make another appointment. Needless to say I would never see another doctor from this practice! If I could give a minus star, I would!
