Extremely knowledgeable about medications. I have been seeing Dr. Malik for approximately 3 years. She has a very soothing and kind demeanor and is very understanding of my depression and anxiety issues. Highly recommend.

i see Dr Malik as well as 3 of my sons. we have been seeing about 2 years now. She she has help me find the correct diagnosis and has worked to find the correct medications to help. I highly recommend her.

While she was nice enough, she did not seem to understand her recommendations for medications were contradictory to medical diagnosis. Her insistence of stimulants were against the recommendation of my primary care doctor. She refused to even discuss any other possible medications. She was frequently confused about who I was or why I was there. I felt like she was not listening or confusing me with another patient. When my doctor called to discuss a situation, she insisted that I was not even a patient. I brought in the bills and rx bottle to own doctor to show I was not making up having been a patient. She created additional anxiety and stress to an already upsetting situation. I am now seeing someone else with far better results.

I was sad when she closed her practice in Rockford and did not want to find a new doctor. I have been driving an hour one way so I can continue to receive treatment from Dr. Malik. The staff are very helpful, the wait in the waiting room is minimal, and she takes the time to really listen to what is going on with my life.

Dr. Malik is empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to access. Her staff is wonderful, too!

Dr. Malik is very caring and compassionate and made a huge difference in my child's life. I would highly recommend her.

We really like Dr. Malik. She has been one of the few docs who has not misdiagnosed and over medicated. She is very professional, knowledgeable and accessible.
