unsure about the visit, but the billing dept. submitted the claim wrong to our insurance company, in my name and not my husbands which is absolutely crazy and irresponsible. they then sent us a bill for $520.00! as his wife and the policy holder i tried to call to rectify the situation. my husband does not have an opportunity to call while at work. i do but wasted my time. trying to get the billing dept. to fix their mistake has been so frustrating! while on a three way call with their billing department, and our insurance company the representative from our insurance company hung up on their billing department because they absolutely would not help us or give us to a supervisor. i tried to call back and speak with someone else and had an even worse human on the phone that time. our insurance company representative was very surprised at the behavior of the billing department and in no way should my husband have to call to fix this issue. they made a mistake, they need to… correct it ASAP.

called after diagnosis of bleeding on the brain & was never called back.this was on a friday morning & i had to wait till monday. shame on dr foo. we are not dealing with an ingrown toenail.

Dr. Foo listened to me. He was compassionate and caring. I have a difficult to treat condition. I know he is doing everything he can to help me. Will recommend to family and friends.

Dr Foo is really professional yet also caring and attentive. His follow through after our visit and getting back to me by phone is extraordinary as I've waited days in the past just to hear back from a physician (which seems standard practice in the field) and Dr. Foo has gotten back to me within hours of leaving a message on several occasions. I'd give him a 10 rating out of 10. His listening skills alone deserve recognition among all doctors who should take a lesson from him...

Dr. Foo is excellent. He's a careful listener, seems really "up" on the latest medical understandings in neurology and as he's a bit younger than some doctors, seems to be the best of both worlds- he's up on the latest in medicine and, while quite confident. doesn't have a problem with arrogance often displayed by neurologists.
