The Doctor is ok but his front office staff are Horrible. These people are rude and don't try to help. Seems this has been on ongoing problem when you look at the other reviews.

Dr. Barbandi is amazing. His staff in the other hand is horrible specially Diana seams like she has trouble remembering the full conversation and only remembers what she wants. No customer service.

Dr Barbandi is wonderful. That is why it is such a shame and so completely unacceptable that his office staff is so very rude and disrespectful. In order to get an appointment, for a doctor that is well known for his expertise and referred by others in his profession, a patient has to go through verbal attacks and if the patient has a problem with the way they are treated, they are told to seek business elsewhere. Keep in mind, Patients needing his help are patients with pulmonary disease, who can not afford to be put through stress and treated like they have no value and that there is no concern. Patients needing help need that help as soon as possible, and should be treated with respect and compassion. Patient care and qualify starts at the front desk. This practice obviously disregards that.

I don't know who would have given him a 4 star. He is the rudest unconcerned dr. I have ever met. He will NOT listen to any questions or concerns you have but simply cuts you off in mid sentences. My experience with him was awful. No bedside manners what so ever just a very rude man. He maybe should think of retirement. Would NEVER recommend any loved ones to him. Nor should you.
