I have been having problems with my Doctors office. I leave messages and I do not have a call back. At my next appointment, I mentioned it to my doctor and she said she never received my messages. They showed me how to sign up for the patient portal and said they get messages directly. I still do not get messages returned. I have gone without my medication for 8 days and the staff didn't seem to care. I asked for a supervisor and was called later that day. She was defensive, dismissive, and made excuses for the staff. I explained my last interaction with the staff and she dismissed me and said it was in the past. When I see my family Dr, the staff is nice and professional. My family doctor is so courteous and makes me feel valuable. I get calls and messages within 24 hours.
