To further develop his strong interest in contact lenses, Dr. Amir proceeded to complete his Contact Lens residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1994. Dr. Amir’s interest in optometry was sparked by his desire to see the world through someone else’s eyes and being able to provide his patients with their best vision possible.
