Dr. Mirzaee is an outstanding doctor. Poor ratings seem to be directed at staff.

My father had significant urinary retention following a total hip replacement. Dr Mirzaee was knowledgeable, honest, kind, able and willing to prioritize my dad, explained things thoroughly, and effectively managed/treated him. Highly recommend this doctor!

I am a patient of Dr. Mirzee's. Intitially, I saw him for a consultation. He was very calming and patient. He ensured I was comfortable and at ease during the visit. He listened attentively to my concerns and answered every single question I had...in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed. He thoroughly explained my options, gave me all the pros and cons, then waited patiently for me to decide. I can not say enough about his 'bed-side' manner. That means a lot when you're an anxious patient. I opted for surgery. Leading up to it, there were some uncomfortable tests and procedures. Before beginning each one, he took time to put me at ease and reassure me. Then he explained exactly what he was going to do before doing it. His demeanor made an uncomfortable situation tolerable. Clearly, he cares about the patient. The surgery was an absolute success. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am a new person because of Dr. Mirzaee. While I obviously… can't speak about his other specialties, I would go back to him in a heartbeat. I would absolutely emphatically recommend him to anyone needing medical care in one of his areas of expertise. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Farshid mirzaee is a great urologist! His bedside manner approachability and overall treatment plan and attitude has been well above many so cal surgeons standard .

I was to have an appointment and called the office 3 times to get a Prescription for tests I needed to take. Put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and put on hold for 20 minutes. Called back and before I could say "no I can't hold" i was put on hold again. I have had some pretty bad service but this office staff is costing Mirzaee money. They call on night before the appointment and I said I wanted to speak to Mirzaee to tell him how his office treats his Patients. Doubt if he got that message. I have not heard from him. With all the comments in this rating service it is obvious that he has no care for any of us. I sure don't need this guy.

I have seen Dr Mirzaee and needed a follow up. Called to reschedule 3 times and was put on hold for over 5 minutes each time and hung up. His loss is probably sitting 10 feet from him. This appears to be the MO for most Eisenhower Physicians. I how he reads his reviews because his office manager doesn't. Another Valley doctor who must not care about his reputation.

Dr. Mirzaee is an excellent urologist. Very attentive, informative, and caring. I highly recommend him. The office staff is very friendly and very well organized.

I usually do not write reviews but I really felt like it would be a disservice not to inform other patients about him. He is all about procedures or whatever is possible to bring money into his practice. This, a lot of times, ends in unnecessary procedures and extra cost to the patient. Unfortunately a lot of people think that these procedures/surgeries are necessary where in reality he is only doing them to make money. It is really unfortunate that a physician practices this way, but now you have been warned. Hope this helps.

I called to arrange to be a new patient with Dr. Mirzaee. Someone answered the phone, put me on hold and no one ever came back. I called back a second time and the same thing happened. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, although I understand Dr. Mirzaee is very qualified, his staff has a lot to be desired and improved upon. I see other's have commented on the same issue. IS THERE AN OFFICE MANAGER READING THESE COMMENTS ?????
