Dr. Fayne Leslie Frey, MD

So unprofessional! I had an appointment with her, and got no response as to why I was there. Talked about her cosmetic line that didn't interest me one iota. Waste of my time, but not hers, she'll still be paid by my insurance company. My satisfaction was that I couldn't stand to be there one more second, so I got up grabbed my bag and walked out on her.

I've had itchy bumps on my body, and she immediately asked me if I had been in my garden. She assured me, which I needed, that it was not serious and would last a few weeks. She calmed me down immediately!

I tried to get relief for my very itchy skin and as previous comments was abrupt, intimidating and unprofessional. She refused to even look at my skin after I had undressed and said she couldn't help me. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor and I was almost in tears. She was actually almost yelling at me.

She spent 20 minutes talking about and showing me her "FryFace" website then left me alone to put on my gown for 10 minutes, she then returned all of a sudden in a hurry and rushed through my concerns, and just as I see in other reviews, told me to blame my parents and use sun screen. I don't know why she had me put the gown on because she NEVER even looked at the rest of my skin other than my face!! She misdiagnosed my periocular dermatitis as eczema and told me there is nothing I can do about it. She then barged back in as I was trying to get my clothes back on, nearly hitting me with the door, then rushed back out leaving me to see myself out. Awful, awful disappointing experience. I am glad I had the sense to look further and see another dermatologist who was much more helpful. I don't normally write bad reviews but I was really upset by this one and felt likle she really didnt do her job, and I took time off work to get in there... very frustrating waste of time.

Dr. Frey is really great, precision stitching! Little or no pain, fun sense of humor and all around nice person! Dr. Frey no longer accepts my insurance because she refuses to use the lab required by my insurance. She told me that they do not have a dermatological lab doctor a d she felt this would put her patients in jeopardy. I admire an ethical person.

I went to Dr. Frey desperately seeking relief for my skin that is severely dry, scaly and itchy. She did not provide me a proper diagnosis or treatment. Didn't give me a list of over the counter products I could use and basically told me this was something that comes and goes and it was something I have to live with. I walked out of the office crying because I've never had something like this before and now I've been told there is nothing I can do. She ended the session by telling me that I should blame my parents. I have never in my life dealt with a health professional so inefficient. Waste of time and money. Will never go here again.

She is a great doctor, she spend enough time with me, make me field comfortable and in safety hands.
