Dr. Federico Pasudag Padua, MD

I am not sure how Dr. Padua treats his patients. But if you have to judge his bedside manner from his front staff Irma, then stay away from this office. She is the nastiest and rudest receptionist ever. She does not care about patient needs. She is hateful and mean for no reason at all. I would not take my dog there , let alone a human being just because of her impatient, non caring, selfish, vial and disdain attitude and poor disregard for human life. If it was left up to her she would let patients die. She does not need to working in the healthcare industry as she cares for no one. It is very unfortunate this is the representation of Dr. Padua when calling on the phone. Then she has the nerve to hangup on you and take the phone off the hook so you can not call back to speak to a Supervisor or Dr. Padua himself. It seems if you are this unhappy with your job it is time to find another job. Better yet sit at home so you don''t have access to have contact with humans and to harm… them with your disregard for human life. During this unfortunate time of COVID 19 and people are dying daily, it saddens me to know that there are people like you still out there in the world making it a worse place. People don't even have jobs and you have been blessed to have one and you are still ungrateful and take for granted the fact that you can still pay your bills and eat. You really need a self evaluation and stop hurting Dr. Padua business. I am sure he does not deserve that! May God have mercy on your soul!

I had to contact this doctors office and advocate for a patient for Dr Padua and not only can you hardly get a hold of anyone in the office but the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful. I hope the doctor knows what kind of staff he has working there for him. I do not recommend this office. His staff reflects of the type of care and help you will receive which is not much!

Or at least he was 20 years ago while he repeatedly told a woman she had a UTI, when in fact she had cancer. She died 3 months after being diagnosed by a team of real doctors, about 7 or so months after her final visit with Mr. Padua. Oncologists were amazed the disease progressed to the point it did while she was under a physician's medical "care" and supervision. Mr. Padua suggested she drink copious amounts of cranberry juice, when what she needed was RADIATION THERAPY. Had her family had a clue about malpractice at the time and the means to see such a process through, I believe he would have been run clean out of town. I for one will never forget this man's face.

Worse office staff, referral waiting time is months, only two employees, complaining they don't have the time to complete referrals, forms, etc. Rude, said if not satisfy with their services to look for another doctor. If you need to use the bathroom, they send you to the business across the street.
