The provider demonstrated professionalism and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. She was attentive, presented multiple options for managing my symptoms, and explained each one thoroughly. I especially appreciated the inclusion of non-pharmacological options. Her approach felt genuine and compassionate, which made me feel well cared for.

Dr. Patel greeted us and made great connection with her attention to detail and eye contact. She even offered to palpate area that has been of concern prior to jumping in with suggestions for tests. Once see explained the need for 2 tests, we were very comfortably able to schedule with her schedule before leaving the room. This was very expedient.

Dr. Patel was excellent. Not only did she listen patiently, she explained the issues and provided useful recommendations, taking the time to write notes for me as she spoke so I could clearly understand and follow up on her suggestions.

Dr. Patel was fantastic and very patient as I explained the issue that I have been experiencing. She did a great job explaining what we're going to do and next steps for me.
