Dr. Felicia Jordan, MD, FAACP

This provider is amazing!!!! Very personable, great "bedside" manner. I was able to tell her my concerns and she went above and beyond (I'm sure to her it was just her doing her job but i had been in a different providers office 5 days prior with no results and i was nowhere near as comfortable as i was with Dr. Jordan). I am so happy to call her my doctor. :-)

Didn’t have the best experience with her. The first time I saw her she criticized my weight and made a note in my chart. I was only 10 lbs over the top of my weight range and had just had a baby 8 months or so before. This year for my physical I was late bc I went to the wrong Kelsey campus, but made it before the 15 min late mark. She told me she would see me, but wouldn’t follow up/fill my Lexapro medication I just started. This was due to not having enough time. She asked about it anyway And then told me to follow up with someone else, see a counselor, and that medication is more of a bandaid. Anyone with life long depression knows it’s always a battle. There will be ups and downs. Times when you need a little help, and times when things are ok. This lack of support just out of principle was too hurtful for me to continue with her as a patient. Won’t be seeing her again.

Great doctor, easy to talk to, caring & conscientious of cost

Would not recommend!!!! She communicated that I had an infection however after a week of trying to get in touch with her, I still have no treatment plan. Worst experience ever. Have utilized this clinic before with no prior problems, however, this particular doctor is horrible. Our appointment was canceled the first time, an hour prior to the appointment as the doctor was "sick" only to overhear while being put on hold to reschedule that she decided to take another "weekend day" by her nurse...She did not perform the physical as we scheduled-did not even give an exam of my daughter, left my daughter repeatedly, to "fill out the form", however left the form in the office and went to see other patients. My daughter never was asked allergies to medications that were on the required form as well as numerous other points, however, the doctor marked them as checked and fine. The nurse left the computer logged in where we could have searched anything on it as we were left for 45 minutes without being checked on and the nurse came back with a list of labs to do, but they "couldn't do them there" (even though there is a lab). The nurse was… rude, the doctor had no caring attitude. All cabinets were unlocked in room and obviously unattended which breaks numerous medical codes. Do NOT go here if you need medical assistance. Now we have to reschedule with another doctor and contact our insurance company in regard to this.
