Dr. Felicia Diane Pierre, MD

I was not a patient there but my daughter was and I went with her on two occasions. Though our experience at first seemed good it rapidly deteriorated. Wait time was way excessive. Response time as far as paperwork need to be given to the employer my daughter worked for was unbelievably bad. Their attitude stunk very rapidly into her several sessions. She was unnecessarily charged twice for basically the same small bit of paperwork that meant everything to her and her job but nothing to the, Unbelievably she heard the doctor use a swear word when the desk person announced that she was there to pick up vital paperwork. Her file was "Lost again". The doctor berated the desk lady for shoddy work then and (This is the ultimate) the desk lady walked into the waiting area to enter another office to look for her file and raised and shook her fist with a mean look to my daughter who was just sitting there - waiting for more than 2 hours! It was a shocking and threatening gesture!

Dr Pierre is very thorough and professional. She explains things well and provides options for treatment. She and her office staff are very respectful. She is a gem.
