Dr. Feliks Tsatskin, MD

Dr Tsatskin is part of Battery Park Pediatrics. I called in on a weekend to speak to a doctor as my daughter was having an emergency medical condition. Being the doctor on call, he was paged four times over two days until finally returning my call. Upon connecting over the phone he proceeds to aggressively yell at me, saying my daughter cannot be helped and that her condition is not an emergency. Finally, he proceeds to hang up on me. Absolutely terrible

I have no problem with Dr. Tsatskin. This rating is only about his front desk person. But he as owner of the business responsible for her behaviors. She is rude, unprofessional, lazy and absolutely unknowable. Doesn't want to do her job (I asked her to fill out form for my child) and trying to gain unnecessary appointment for the doctor. I have no desire to deal with her - doesn't worth my breath. I will just find other doctor

Excellent doctor. Not a single bad thing to be said. Caring, loving etc. I gave 3 stars because of office stuff. Very unprofessional careless and rude. Went there yesterday with my newborn . Made an appointment in advance but to my surprise arriving 15 minutes earlier does not guarantee your appointment time despite the fact you are the first one on schedule. Some uzbek nurse made me undress my baby "to be ready" and made us waiting for 40 minutes while 3! walk-ins went in front of us. I was ready to punch someone in their face! In 5+ years visiting this office that never happens until new front desk people and nurse has arrive! I AM SO ANGRY! NO! Not 3 but 2 stars!

Dr Tsatskin is very knowledgeble , carring and attentive docotor. His office stuff is nice and efficient, the office is very clean and he has a separate waiting area for sick kids.

The best pediatrisian that my family deals with.

Very knowledgable and corteous. Always accessable.
