I found this doctor through a great deal of scanning online reviews. The first time I called the receptionist mentioned she would check with the dr regarding availability and never returned my call. I assumed they were busy and called back and had to wait about 1.5 months for my apt. The first apt he didn't do anything besides offer me an incredibly over priced diet and meditation class. Both of which are not affordable for the average middle class family. I was looking for more of a medical perspective and spent far too much for this visit out of my own pocket to be told I was overweight. I'm not model skinny but far from overweight. I was scheduled a second visit for a procedure that I was given no background information for. It was more invasive than I was anticipating and felt it was quite extreme when he did nothing at the first visit. Every single time I complained about my symptoms he would look at me like he was a random person at the grocery store. There was no concern or… motivation to investigate further. I was referred elsewhere and left feeling quite frustrated after forking out so much money for little reward. The only follow up calls I have received were to collect funds when the receptionist left before I did at my apt. They have never provided after care instructions, detailed what to expect, or anything for that matter. I will not return. The office is clean, well maintained but in a location that I do no care for. There is a ton of traffic and it's a far distance from my home. The nurses were nice but didn't do much to help me.

Everyone in the clinic is very friendly and courteous. Dr Ghinis-Garcia has been my doctor for my 1st and now my 2nd pregnancy. He is a very great doctor.

Love this Dr.! He is very caring, understanding, and patience. Always has time for any questions or concerns that i may have. I had spotting during my 13th week and they were able to see me the same day i called. Since he noticed me being very worried, he didnt hesitate in taking the ultrasound machine out so i can see my baby being in good health. He knows how to make his patience feel at ease. There's only 2 negative things i could say about the office, the wait time after they put you in the room could be over an hour sometimes, pretty frustrating. Also, they are pretty bad in calling me back when I would leave a message with questions or concerns. I tried it in 3 different occasions, and only once they actually called me back but that was two days later and after me calling them various times to let them know that i still hadnt heard from anybody. Overall, They ARE really good with people skills and Dr Garcia is the best. Guess they just really need to work on their Phone follow… ups.

Office customer service via phone and in person is excellent. Office atmosphere is nice and cozy. Dr. Garcia-Ghinis took the time to listen to my concerns. He made me feel comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Garcia-Ghinis.

A wonderful, caring doctor. I was unhappy with my previous GYN, and when I found out I was expecting I knew I had better switch because I would be seeing a lot of my doctor and I would have a lot of questions and needed to be comfortable with this person. From the first appointment he and his staff were wonderful. My little boy is now seven months, and I can't imagine changing doctors. I would reccommend him to anyone!
