My office visit is always great. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in anyway possible.

My appointment was for 8:30 AM however no one provided me with the location /address. I was informed that the location will be sent to me through text when confirming appointment it was not.. I called the office emergency line and the only thing I was told to call back at 8:30am once the office is open, which was no help. I was able to locate the address by goin to the wrong location. I arrived to appointment about 8:40 AM I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 10:30 AM. X-rays was taken in the area where I didn’t needed it to.Also, I still ended up going to the ER concerning the situation I went to him initially about the day after. The visit was vague, and it wasn’t much communication from him. He was mostly talking into his computer and not to me. The medication that he prescribed was not available to me until the end of yesterday so throughout the day I was in severe pain. I called the office twice concerning the prescription at first. I was told it will be done/sent about noon… and then I was told it will be done after 3:30 PM once he get finished with all of his patient. And still ended up paying a co-pay of over $100 for what?

Dr Ramirez is good at listening and trying to provide the care you need. He did pretty good with my cervical fusion. Every patient is different and in my case I have permanent nerve damage but it wasn’t from the surgery. Been seeing him for almost five years and I will be having him perform my other spine surgery.

Dr. Ramiriz listened to and heard my concerns. All to often doctors either do not listen to their patients or they patronize them. He was not patronizing by any means. His staff was friendly and respectful too.

Dr. Ramirez is a great doctor very pleasant and easy-going also so is Dr. Watson and Dr. Estrada in that office they all are really great doctors I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Dr. Ramirez was very thorough. Explained to me everything that I needed to know about my condition.

Good afternoon. Dr. Ramirez, I left a message with your nurse for you to call me. I wanted to discuss something you told me I needed to do. Being your patient for several years now and dealing with severe pain and a serious diagnosis. I was not aware you do not return phone calls from your current patients you just saw yesterday, my apologies. However, being I am a Paralegal, ABA Approved, Tulane University and worked 26 yrs for Judges and Law Firms. I aware the HIPPA LAW protects me from discussing my health on a public platform sorry my réponse is so long and sorry I had to leave my credentials, but I felt less than when you sent me this to rate you and leave you a message. Sorry for any misunderstanding and inconvenience this caused.
