Felipe Santos

I was diagnosed with a malformation that sat on my facial nerve. Very rare, went to 3 different doctors that specialize in this. Two in NY and Dr. Santos. I live NJ and had issues with insurance. Once I switched to Cigna I was connected with Dr. Santos. This is all through a pandemic. I was very concerned, as my condition was getting worse and facial nerves getting weakening. Dr. Santos didn't even heist and coordinated a zoom call with me within, a week of initial talks, to discuss what was going on. I sent him my images. Dr. Santos and his team got me on his surgical schedule within 4 weeks. My surgery went well. Obviously, this is a life changing issue that I am still going through but I felt like Dr. Santos and his team were fantastic throughout this process. He is talking to my facial nerve dr in NYC as well to make this even more seamless. I cannot thank him and his team.
