Dr. Felix William Cherico, MD

Dr. Cherico is a competent and well-known, Austin surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone about to have general surgery. I found him to be warm, genuine, funny and came highly recommended by another physician. His bedside manner is excellent. He spent as much time as I needed in his office explaining the procedure to me. We liked him so well, we had him do some minor surgery on my husband's arm. Same congenial person with a relaxed and confident approach to dealing with patients. My husband has "white coat syndrome" and is scared of doctors and hospitals. After his surgery with Dr. Cherico, he is so much better. And the nurses and staff at St. Davids (Central) were great as well. When the nurses tell you they like Dr. Cherico, you know they must mean it since they see pretty often.
