Doctor has an attitude and acts like he can't be bothered when you raise a concern or ask a question. Dismissive. Wish we had gone to a more knowledgeable dentist.

My sister had her orthodontic treatment completed by Dr. Gen before he started his private practices. Nearly 15 years later and her smile is still amazing! For that reason, I visited Dr. Gen in Twinsburg for my orthodontic treatment. The entire process was a breeze! The office is very clean and organized. The staff if very friendly, professional, and knowledable. Dr. Gen himself is gentle with his work and really good at making smiles look greater! It's been 6 years since I had my braces off and my smile is still perfect! I still recommend Dr. Gen to friends and family to this day. Aside from their great work, do your part! Commit to your retainers and your smile will still look the way it did when those braces came off :) Deserves more than 5 stars!!

Dr. Gen is the most patient-oriented doctor I have met in any field. His office is a testament to how much he cares about his patients: it's beautifully decorated, state-of-the-art, and adolescent-centered. There are contests each month and electronics and televisions to play with at every chair, but the wait time is so short that you'll probably never have to take advantage of him. I had Dr. Gen for my second round of braces and can absolutely assert that he's the best around. He gets to know his patients, he only hires the kindest assistants, and he leaves your teeth looking great.
