My insurance bill has been resubmitted numerous times and they keep using the wrong codes so insurance is denying the bill so they have sent me off to collections. No one tries to help you or return your phone calls. Very unhappy customer.

Dr. Is rarely available for patients outside of surgery, so be prepared to freefall your way through recovery. The doctor can write an RX, and the staff will mistakenly mark it as mailed, leaving you in pain no matter what Lord Barreuto has mentioned. His dictation frequently misses important pieces of your health picture, so be prepared for a circus. He MAY make you better, and that's great. However, if you're made worse be prepared for the most humiliating ride of your life.

Dr. Barrueto is an amazing doctor. His Office Staff and nurses at Mercy are incredible as well. I am grateful to him for what he has done for me. I suffered for years from endometriosis, etc, which he has fixed the problem, after another doctor performed 3 unsuccessful surgeries. His expertise, knowledge and compassion is unlike any other. I've never seen a doctor like him. He explained so much to my husband and I and takes his time, making sure woman understand what will be the best options. I could go on but I will just say that I am impressed with Dr. Barrueto and have already referred 3 other woman to him. Thank you for saving me from years of pain Dr. Barrueto.

Best physician for GYN Issues I have ever been too

Dr. Barrueto is an awesome doctor and he thinks that women should not have to suffer with all of the medications and technology that are present and available. I have had several surgeries by Dr. Barruetto and he was very thorough and we were always on one accord. When you are under his care the hospitals know to give you the best service possible and he has his own personal anesthesiologist who become very familiar with my needs as a patient. If you had a negative experience then you came in with a negative attitude and it followed you in with him. Besides every one has a not so good day!

I had a visit today with the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early to do the paperwork. The front desk staff seemed nice enough, until I turned in the paperwork. One of the receptionists became haughty because I didn't disclose my SSN. (It is not required by law for a doctor's office if you use private insurance.) She tried to intimidate me, but pulled back after I showed her my SSA employee badge. Then when I told her I would not sign a blank medical release authorization that they wanted to keep on file "just in case", she jerked it out of my hand and turned her back towards me. Then came the wait. After 70 minutes, I asked when I would be seeen, and was told there were two others in front of me. I will excuse 15 minutes (as that is their grace period for late pateints) but after one hour, I canceled my appointment and had them refund my copay. I don't plan to return because I am the customer and they work for me. I would tolerate rudeness or lack of prompt service at any… other place where I pay for services, so why tolerate it in a doctor's office? Also, any doctor who is that overscheduled or can't notify their pateints of a delay, in my opinion is too busy to do their jobs properly.

Dr. Barrueto is extremely thorough and explained everything about my procedure before I had it and step by step again during the procedure. Dr. Barrueto took the time to make sure I understood everything before and during my procedure as well as, make sure I understood my options afterward.

Dr. Barrueto is the best! Makes you feel like you are the only patient he has and never rushes you out the door. He is patient and kind and answers every question you have with confidence. Very professional and his bedside manner in above and beyond.
