Dr Lo is kind, thoughtful in her approach, and the best GP.

Dr Lo Always been there for me and Her Staff is ever friendly and helpful.

Dr Lo saved my life. She's wonderful & has a great memory. She remembers everything regarding my health. I drive over 70 miles each way to see her. I don't think I could find another Dr as special as she is.

Doctor Lo is the best. She is very thorough and compasionate. You may need to wait a while to see her but it is worth the wait.

I called Dr. Lo about renewing a prescription, and she never called me back. This is not the first time I have had a similar problem.

No knowledge of patient insurance plans which caused me hundred of dollars in unnecessary out of pocket expenses, and terriable patient service.

Although the wait is a little long, when I finally meet with Dr. Lo, full attention is on me! All my questions are answered thoroughly and I always have options of solutions for issues (she doesn't just hand me medicine and leave). She explains directions for medications very simply and understandably. I NEVER leave thinking an appointment was a waste of time; there is always a solution or treatment found for each sickness/problem. Overall the best and most caring DR. i have dealt with.Also, on a few occasions emergency last minute appointments have been booked with NO PROBLEMS. I really appreciate that.

Had to wait OVER an hour to be seen by doctor on each of my 3 appointments with her. Did not prescirbe anything for my cold/flu. She said 'you don't need anything, it's just a cold'. 3 WEEKS later my 'cold' finally went away. Also the doctor's office and building the office is in is falling apart. Spend alot of money on doctor appts, I expect to go somewhere that's presentable.

Dr. Lo is great, but her office staff is terrible. There are about 6 MA's in the office that don't know what they're doing. They're terrible!
