Dr. Fernando S Ongkingco, MD

Doctor seemed to struggle to comprehend basic English. While at an appointment there was something he did not know the answer to and kept repeating himself over and over again for not kidding closed to the next 20 minutes. I dont expect ta doctor to know everything and would like them to research and use other experts. In this case though I would have to say he is the least knowledgeable doctor I have ever meant and I have been in this field for years. Additionally to make this worse his bed side manner is terrible. With all this said I do feel he has the children's best interest at heart he just needs to be more professional and knowledgeable.

I visited dr Ongkingco with 2 sick girls. Only one of my girls had aN actual appointment. However, they were both running a fever with the exact symptoms. My one daughter tested positive for strep throat. This doctor would not test my other daughter. He forced us to come back the following day, again with two sleep deprived, sick children and in a snow storm. If this isn't doctor neglect, I don't know what is! I will NEVER see this doctor again and would recommend anyone to stay away from him!
