Dr. Fidelis E. Amadi, MD

Rudest, most incompetent, doctor ive ever seen. I was not listened to at all, and when i asked him to examine a painful spot on my skin - he pressed and rubbed it hard - very, very hard. So hard that i felt he was intentionally causing pain because he was angry at me. For nothing! All i did was ask him to examine me. Had a chip on his shoulder from the start. He dismissed me claiming everything looked normal. Nothing was done other than very hard rubbing and painful pressing. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor, hands down. This guy needs to have his license revoked.

My mom is 87 years old & Dr. Amadi has been her primary care physician for 2 years now. He has always taken great care of all her medical issues & needs. He’s always been very kind, considerate and polite. And many occasions he has personally called her to follow up and see how she is doing. My family and I really appreciate him.

Very weak diagnostic skills and you also get the feeling he just doesn't care about you. Avoid at all costs.

Great personality with great medical knowledge

He is the worst! Iv been on rittalin for 10 years never had a refil issue. I call 4 days in advance to get it refilled beofre left to rome and he did it the day i left. thanks. I called everyday ordered the refil be rushed and nothing. and besides that he doant care about you dosnt even looo you in the eyes.

My son and I visited "Dr." amadi for a complex G.I issue he has been having. He treated me like an idiot and was very condescending and short with both me, and my husband. He insisted it was a stomach bug, and refused to send me to a G.I specialist. I am a 42 year old mother of 3, believe me, I know what is a stomach bug and when the issue is bigger than that. I've never had a doctor be more stubborn and down right rude. Also, his "exam" of my son was nothing more than a few sporadic presses on his belly. The doctor DID NOT LISTEN to me at all, or if he did, dismissed what I was saying because he thought I was just jumping to conclusions. I had a single visit with Amadi and then promptly changed doctors.

Dr.??? Amadi is the most incompetent person that calls himself a physician that I have ever seen. I saw him because I had a sinus infection. The day after I saw him, I had to go to another Dr. in order to get a prescription for antibiotics (since Amadi had not prescribed antibiotics. ) I paid Amadi for nothing other than wasteing my time.

This doctor was great, very pleasant personality, and he was patient with me and answered all of my questions.

It was very, very tender, and my chin had weeping white spots on it. He didn't listen to me at all, and dug around in my beard, pressing on it and rubbing around (though i told him it was very sore). He then tells me "There is nothing there." and attempted to leave. I stopped him and said "Could you refer me to a dermatologist or a specialist, i really want to get this taken care of." to which he replied "I can't refer you to anyone else because there is nothing wrong with you." So i left... I then went to another doctor who diagnosed my "obvious" fungal infection immediately . I could tell this doctor didn't care at all and lacked the know-how i would expect a doctor to have. He was short, rude, aggressive, impatient, and i got the impression he thought i was an idiot. This is not a… "miscommunication" as Amadi claims in his responses to the SEVERAL negative reviews hes got. The man is rude, and most of all completely incompetent as several other reviewers have mentioned. Please someone give this guy a test of some sort to expose his lack of knowledge! I will never be back, and I will make sure everyone knows what a horrible doctor Amadi is. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY DR. AMADI! A real doctor was able to diagnose my issue in less than 30 seconds, and wasn't impatient or rude.

I saw this doctor for a lifelong phobia, and needed anxiety medication prescribed. He refused to accept me at my word, and instead sent me to a therapist who performed a battery of test and questions, and concluded my extreme stress and anxiety, and only then was I able to get the medication. I was a patient who was only taking three medications, two of which were for blood pressure; so not someone taking tons of medications. His attitude could best be described as non-caring; and borderline rude.
