Dr. Fitzroy Henry Graham, MD

My boys were patients of Dr Graham for many years. Unfortunately his office staff has failed him. Our last 2 visits resulted in overcharging us our copay by $75 each time. Each time I tried to straighten it out while I was in the office - - as my insurance card CLEARLY states all office visits are $25. They would NOT listen or discuss anything with me. I verified with my insurance & called them back the SAME day & they said they would look into it. A week later they called to say they did indeed overcharge us & would mail us a check at THE END OF THE YEAR. Anyone who uses a medical benefit account knows if you don't use it you lose it at the end of the year. I told them that was absolutely unacceptable & please credit my card (medical benefit card), they couldn't do that because they "can only do that on the original day of the transaction" - - you know - - the day they refused to discuss anything with me. So now, here we are, almost 3 months later & still no refund - - although… they continue to promise "the check is in the mail". They've lost a very loyal patient.

I have never met a better Pediatric Dr. than Dr. Graham. With that been said, his wife, who is the Office Manager and directly communicates with their billing company is not willing to listen. If you have a deductible be ready for her to demand $100.00 upfront per sick visit until you meet your deductible or she will be repeating herself like a broken record that you made an arrangement with your insurance when you got your policy and you must pay the $100.00 or go to the urgent care. Last, must point out that their billing company is not the most efficient one as they have charged us twice what we already paid to the practice. The first time I had the patience to deal with this woman and correct my bill, but this time she was demanding I pay what I already paid plus the $100.00 for them to see my sick 5 year old son. This was enough for me and I am looking for another Dr. that may not only be good, but puts kids life first than money. Great Dr. if you have Medicaid and don't need to… worry about the money as we tax payers pay for your health.

Dr. Graham is an excellent pediatrician. I was disappointed to read the comment by the reviewer who went out of her way to tarnish his good name. Any one who has dealt with Dr. Graham knows that what the reviewer described is completely out of character for him. This can be clearly seen from the other reviews on this page. Dr. Graham is very professional and is concerned about his patients' well being. He knows how to talk to children in a way that makes them feel at ease. Above all, he is a wonderful doctor. We are very thankful to have a pediatrician of his caliber near us.

I visited Dr. Fitzroy H. Graham's office about a month ago. Both my children under 5 years old were sick. Dr Graham himself told me that my oldest had an ear infection and my 18 month old had a double ear infection, infection in both eyes and pneumonia. while in his office my 18 month old's fever spiked to 104 degrees. It goes without saying I was worried to death. After his fever lowered I was prescribed antibiotics for both kids including albuterol for my youngest. Dr. Graham instructed me to give the first session of albuterol in his office with their nebulizer. After nebulizing I was preparing to leave and gave the nebulizer back to the nurse. The nurse insisted I take it with me since they had more in the office. I stated I had one at home and did not need it. She persisted and told me two is better than one in-case one stopped working. I agreed and left for my home just a few miles away. This was the day that Woodstock received a snow storm and 6 inches of snow. The snow had… just started and my husband was worried about me getting home. The snow was already sticking to the ground and all business were closing. As soon as I entered my house I received a call from Dr. Graham's office from the very nurse who told me to take the nebulizer. She stated I needed to return the nebulizer because they in fact did not have another one. I told her I didn't feel safe going back on the road now that it was snowing so much and my kids are both very sick. I asked if they had any more patients coming. The nurse stated no. I told her my husband would return it in the morning before they opened. She said that would be okay and the call ended. Two minutes later Dr. Graham called me. He was brazen and rude. He told me I took something from his office that was not mine and it was an important equipment that must be returned immediately. I reminded the doctor of my children's state of health, which he diagnosed, and noted the terrible weather. I also mentioned that I would have my husband return it in the morning before they opened. Dr. Graham then proceeded to call me a thief and stated he call the police and state that I stole the product if I did not return it immediately. I reminded Dr. Graham that his nurse insisted I take it home in the first place, even after I stated I didn't want it. I stated my husband was not home and I had my two very sick kids with me. I also said that it was reported not to be on the streets unless it was an emergency. Dr. Graham very strongly told me to return the nebulizer or the police would be at my door and I would have to deal with them. I called my husband who left his job and came home. He took the nebulizer and met Dr. Graham at his office. By this time the roads were covered in snow. My husband told Dr. Graham that he and I were not happy with his behavior and calling me a thief was out of line. He told him he should be more professional. He reminded Dr. Graham that it was his office's mistake not mine in the first place. Dr. Graham than insisted he never stated I was a thief and he only said maybe the police could deliver the product to his office if I couldn't return it in the snow myself. Dr. Graham was very unprofessional and showed no sympathy for me or my two little children. Those are not traits of a doctor I will ever recommend or visit again.

The best pediatrician ever. Brought my son into this works and had cared due him every since ! â?¡

I have been taking my children to Dr. Graham for almost 9 years. He is always prompt and when he is in the room with us he acts as though we are the only patients he is seeing that day. He is never in a hurry. He is the nicest and most courteous person and my children love him. He has always listened to my questions and concerns and given precise and thoughtful answers. I feel like be truly cares about each child and is excited to see them each check up. He also remembers their interests and brings them up when we see him!

THE best pediatrician ever! My son has gone to him since he brought him into this world 5 years ago.

He's been my child's pediatrician since birth. We both think he's the best!
