I almost cancelled my appointment based on the other 2 reviews. She was one of the most thorough Dr's I have seen in a long time. We went over issues that I had and then went into issues I did not know I had. No rush, took her time and we talked, a lot. She ordered the test and scheduled appropriate follow ups (even though think every six months is to often). I am looking forward to a long relationship.

I had to deal with this doctor twice. She didn't answer any of my questions and was very unhelpful when I told her my symptoms. She took no time in answering my questions and was distracted by her computer the entire time. A couple of days went by and a nurse called me and said I needed to take thyroid medication. I was told to take it for one month to see how I felt. After a few days of taking it, I read that I would need to be on the medication for the rest of my life. I asked to stop and the doctor said "It's not a big deal" and acted like my concern was on her nerves. She then said to stop taking it if it bothered me and retest my thyroid in 3 months. I retook the test and I don't need the meds. She is very cold hearted and I am changing drs. She is the only person I have had issues with at Kaiser, and it's been twice. I don't recommend her unless you want someone who doesn't care about your health.

I came to see this Dr about possible anxiety symptoms. I was not sure if I had issues with my heart or it was Anxiety causing my heart racing. She couldn't answer all my questions and said "I don't have time to educate you" (That is NOT an answer for someone with anxiety! or any other patient!) After, she sent me to do an EKG for 24 hours and I got a call from her nurse few days later. She left me a message saying I need to take medication for my heart. As a result I almost got a panic attack. The message didn't explain WHY I need this medication and what for. When I got a hold of the Nurse she said there are no more notes from the Dr. (the nurse guessed its probably not life threatening and that I can wait few days with this medication) later that night the Dr called me saying she doesn't have much more to add and from the results she got I need to take those pills every day for the rest of my life because I can't know when my heart will race again. She answered some of my questions… but again I felt like she was trying to get rid of me. later I went to see a different Dr who said the same thing.... luckily after I said that this solution of taking pills for the rest of my life is not right for me... she sent me to a cardiologist that calmed me down and said I dont need this medication..... I wonder how many people out there take medication like this every day because they have anxiety when they don't actually have to....
