Dr. Floyd Richard Jaggears, MD

I had to wait 3+ weeks to get and my knee problem was not the main issue of the day. He was very put out that I insisted he look at my shoulder which was much more painful on the day. He is rude and condescending and I did not and will not follow up with him.

This doctor spent maybe 10 minutes total with me in 2 appointments. Was rude and constantly interrupted or talked over me when discussing my injury, had no explanation for my condition and didn’t seem to care to give me one. STAY AWAY!!!

Dr, Jaggears repaired my rotator cuff. I could not even pull a shirt off over my head. When I was in recovery I realized that he had done a fantastic job, I received pain relief immediately. In addition my daughter broke her arm and required a pin in the bone and a cast for numerous weeks. Again, Dr. Jaggears was great! I would recommend to anyone.

My son had a broken collar bone. It was treated at ER and they suggested we follow up with TOC. Dr. Jaggears was in the room with us for under 10 minutes. He looked at the Xrays provided from the ER and charged us $528! He never even touched my son and charged us almost $100/minute! Then they wanted to do a follow up! TOC is a perfect example of the problems we have with our healthcare system. There is no way we should have been charged this amount.

I was referred to him by another physcian for a diagnosis problem that should have been his specialty, sports medicine. On the first visit he spent maybe 5 minutes with me and offered no dianosis, but made an appt for a followup. Same story except that he gave me a prescription for a cream to rub on my hurting leg. Cost of the cream (to my insurance) was nearly $900. It was of no value. I would like to know if he owns part of the drug store/lab that filled the prescription. Would not ever make an appt. to see him again.

He is a Medicare scammer, his office will call you and tell you that they "Need you to come in" then tell you what they won't do for you every week. Until you catch on and tell them that they are the only ones to benefit from these visits. Then they never call you again. I have no cartilage in my knee and because I am a medicare patient he won't do it for me. He should be taken off the list if he doesn't do the work!
