This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a behavioral health provider. She was impatient, hostile, accusative, interruptive, unwilling to listen, a gaslighter, and utterly incompetent. My right to be treated with dignity, respect, and consideration was violated by this provider. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

The psychiatric nurse practitioner that I consulted at this clinic was rude, insulting, harsh, impersonal, and incompetent. She acted like I was lying about my psychiatric diagnoses and my medication regimen, and she even contacted the pharmacy while I was sitting there to "verify" the medication information that I had given her. Meanwhile, she kept insisting that one of my meds did not come in 100 mg tablets, yet here on my desk is a prescription bottle with 100 mg tablets in it. One would think that a medical professional would know that this commonly prescribed medication does indeed come in 100 mg tablets. She also thought that one of my medications was prescribed only for psychosis or schizophrenia, not PTSD, which is total nonsense. She showed no interest in me as a person and no interest in my life story, and she spoke to me in a aggressive and impatient tone as though she were questioning a dishonest child. On top of all that, I could not even understand half of what she… was saying because she had a thick foreign accent. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this clinic.
