Dr. Frances Anerousis, MD

I've seen many doctors in the past and Dr. Anerousis is the worse doctor I have met. She does not listen to the patient and cares more about follow up visits to generate more income for the office rather than referring to a specialist. I had a serious accident with head and neck trauma and she refused to refer me to an orthopedic surgeon. I explained to her that I had severe pain, numbness, and tingling. She said what's the rush to see someone else, it's not like you need emergency surgery .... It's not like you severed the spinal cord... I couldn't believe what she said. This is a workers comp issue and comp was expecting a referral. I told comp what happened and that Dr. Anerousis would like a follow up visit. Comp could not believe it and said they would respect the doctors opinion just once and if there's no referral on the second visit they would just yank me out of there themselves.
