My name is Jeff L. Linehan and this is my review, and my "Thank You" letter to my PCM (Primary Care Manager), Dr. Batin. Dr. Batin has provided my medical care for the last 5 years at Loma Linda Medical Center. I am writing this comment hoping that my appreciation of her care gets to the Medical Supervisors at LLUMC, and to Dr. Batin herself. As my health care transferred from the Military system (Tri-Care) to my own post-Military system (Blue Cross), I was blessed with an opening in Dr. Batin's new patient list. Dr. Batin had provided me health care that made me feel cared for as an aging veteran. I never felt as good medically as I felt in her clinic, in her third floor Internal Medicine section. Thank You Dr. Batin for your care. I know every single one of your patients says these exact same words, " Dr. Batin, you cared for us and our health. Our office visits on our periodic follow-ups made us feel whole and healthy, and your guidance for health (Diet, exercise,… recreation, family, and the whole spectrum of health) has made me a healthy man (in my humble opinion). Because of this online review + the cordial phone services of new(er) office staff member, "Julie", I am on my way to see this physician for annual RX renewals & ER visit follow-up care, etc. - I will update this review when more information is available for sharing from me.

I found Dr. Batin at Loma Linda Faculty Medical offices after she had moved there from Hanford, CA. She is warm, personable, and talked to me about my questions, concerns, and needs. She picked up on little comments and pursued them with a treatment option that worked. Responded to my requests on tests and didn't try to add unnecessary ones. Thank you.
