Saw her and she gave me instructions to follow to resolve my issue. I got worse and needed to speak with her. Not at all possible to do so. Be aware that is the way she runs her practice. No follow up conversations.

Saw her and followed her instructions, but got worse and needed to speak with her. Impossible!! You cannot have a follow-up conversation. That is not the way she runs her practice.

Dr. Marchant is an expert diagnostician. I have been seeing her for many years because or recurring issues. The past few visits, she became impatient/annoyed when I asked her to clarify what she was saying because I did not understand. I felt reprimanded. Also, as of April 2023, she will begin position of Chair of Ethics Committee for Main Line Health & will see limited patients. She has hired 2 other ENT's to help with her practice.

Doctor rescheduled my appointment and I had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room.

Dr. Marchant is wonderful. A very caring, attentive and thoughtful Doctor.

Dr Marchant was more interested in the computer than in me. I don't think she looked at me at all, except to examine my ears. I basically spoke to her back as she typed. She didn't ask me questions to find out what was bothering me, getting her information from my information on the computer. She got up and left, again without looking at me....I think that she diagnosed and prescribed competently, but if you'd like your doctor to relate to you, go elsewhere.

Waited months to get an appt. I value her expertise and diagnostic skills. She told me to come back in 6 weeks. She also gave me a few prescriptions. I had called twice after my appt. because of problems with medication and with healing. She would not speak with me, but instructed her receptionist to relay her message. Outrageous! I required a conversation and had a few questions about my condition. I called my family physician & he stated to call her office again. It was a lost cause.

I has to wait almost 3 months for an appt. Perhaps there is a reason why Dr. Marchant is so booked. I had seen another ENT and he informed me that there was nothing wrong with my sinuses,. I knew I ha an infection, but the ENT did not thoroughly examine me.Dr. Marchant was empathic, kind, and caring. She put i tube in each nostril and saw that I had a bad infection and extreme inflammztion

Can't talk to her after appt even when u are getting worse. Can't get follow up appt.

She explained everything to me in terms I could understand, spent time with me and has an easy doctor-patient bedside manner.
