Dr. Francesca Tschorn

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Francesca Tschorn the audiologist at ENT in Yorktown NY. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that she was completely clueless about my implant and seemed disinterested in learning about it. Despite my attempts to explain my unique situation, she brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude. Not only was Dr. Tschorn UNCARING but she was also very very rude with the biggest Ego throughout the 8 minute appointment. Her communication style was abrasive, and she spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I was ignorant about my own condition. It was incredibly frustrating and demoralizing to be treated in such a manner, especially when seeking help for a sensitive issue like hearing loss. To make matters worse, Dr. rushed me out of the office within 8 minutes without addressing any of my questions and concerns. It felt like she was more concerned with getting through her appointments quickly than providing quality… care to her patients. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and utterly disappointed in the level of service provided. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against seeking treatment from this Doctor Her lack of empathy, professionalism, and knowledge make her ill-equipped to provide adequate care to those in need. Save yourself the frustration and find a healthcare provider who actually cares about their patients' well-being. SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT!!!!!!trust me when I say it.
