I understand that choosing a therapist can be overwhelming. With a positive attitude, sensitivity, and sense of humor, I will work closely with you to get your life or relationship back on track. No issue is too small or too big, and I truly believe that things can improve with hard work. I've helped with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger, etc. I work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, and those who are skeptical about whether counseling can help are definitely welcome. I know therapy truly makes a difference if people are willing to try!
I can help when you feel your life is not going as well as you'd like it to. We can sort through challenging situations, decisions, and relationships. If you feel "off kilter" with sadness, stress, frustration or anger, we can work together to get you back on track.
I understand that people have busy lives and I try to be flexible with appointment times, including accommodating school schedules. WIth …two offices, one in Loveland and one in Fort Collins, we can usually find a time that works. I occasionally see clients on evenings and weekends.
