Does not hear patients concerns, rushes through appointment, does not complete physical exams to see the cause of the issues or concern of the patient instead make referral. I plan to change PCP

I've been a patient of Dr. Monahan's since I moved to Boston in 2005. She's a fantastic physician, and a caring person. When I leave my appointment(s), we always part with a hug. :) I highly recommend.

However, there seems to be a disconnect with her support staff, ie, getting back to you. Putting a prescription through, or not letting you know why it didn't go through.
