Dr. Pearce is absolutely the best pediatrician I know. Always so pleasant and friendly with a warm smile that greets my children, at every visit. My children love her gentle, loving care and look forward to check ups, just to see her! When it comes to Pediatrics, Dr. Pearce is first choice, for my growing family.

Dr. Pearce Falls connects so well with our children that they consider her to be like a 2nd mom.

Dr. Francine Pierce Falls is one of a kind doctor. She has been my four children pediatrician since birth. She is very intelligent and patient with our family. She does not balance her budget on the backs of kids. If a tests is needed, we get the test promptly. I love this doctor. She is quite professional and very down to earth. She will talk you through any diagnosis even if is bad news. Her delivery is awesome. I highly highly recommend Dr Fran, she will be your child's doctor and mentor for life.
