Dr. Collini put my son back together 3 times. He split his forehead open at 18 months old, down to the bone. It was late at night on a weekend. Dr. Collini came in to put him back together, and later did a scar revision surgery. You can barely see it now that he is a teenager. After that accident, at 3 years old he fell, and put his teeth through his chin. Again, he came in and put him back together. You can barely see the white dot there now. He took plenty of time with us. By the end of my sons accidents and visits, my son would happily run off with Dr. Collini and his wife for follow up appointments. They were both that kind to young kids. My kid wasn't afraid of them at all, and my kid feared everyone at that age. I'm grateful that my sons face looks so good thanks to Dr Collini.

I'm hoping as I write this post that all who read it really understand the appreciation and thankfulness that I have for Dr. Francis Collini. My son Matthew, age 42 was badly hurt, and for two months I was told nobody would ever survive his injuries, and I was only making him suffer, and to take him home to die at Upstate in Syracuse NY. As a mother, I clung to any hope I might have to save my boy, and it seemed like the hope was fading away until I get a call from Dr. Collini in PA. By this point, I trusted no doctors as I felt they just wanted to unload a very hard fight for survival and just let him die, but Dr. Collini in my first conversation with him said amazing words I have never heard from a doctor... He said, "Send him here to me at PAM Specialty, I want to help you". I felt confidence in this man that I needed to feel so badly in order to send my son to PA. I have never been in a situation where a doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call or text at any… time that I felt I needed to, as that is very rare for any doctor to do. Dr. Collini actually cares about what he does and the people he helps, not only his patients but his expertise and mannerism with dealing with his patients Mother (myself) was amazing! I felt he took a huge weight of stress off my shoulders and just went ahead and did what he felt was necessary to save my son. My son had many plastic surgeries to "rebuild his body and put him back together" and Dr. Collini delt with my son no matter how disagreeable my son was at times. He never gave up on us! If you all could only see the beginning pictures to the last plastic surgery pictures, you'd be absolutely amazed at Dr. Collini's work! My son will live now, thanks to Dr. Collini taking the time to help us. Matthew was refused by so many others, and I know in my heart that God sent Dr. Collini to us to save my sons life! My son is now getting ready to go through physical therapy to walk again after being on his back for over 7 months. I don't even have the words that are capable of expressing how thankful I am for what this man did for my son and myself. If I ever required a plastic surgeon, this is the only doctor I would want to be sent to! Dr. Collini is an amazing doctor! He knows what he's doing, and he does it with perfection! He shows compassion and empathy in dealing with his patients and their family. I can't thank him enough for stepping up when nobody else would even try, and for giving my son back to me! Matthew is my only Son out of 3 children, and I thank God I still l have him. Dr. Collini is not only an amazing Doctor, but he is also genuine and a good man as well! I go to him for all my mole removals whenever I notice a mole change. He never charges me for a mole check if I do not need anything removed, and if I do need a mole removed, he removes it immediately. Then the scar from the mole removal is small and thin like a paper cut. The scar disappears after several months with the use of a scar cream, he recommends. One time I ripped my stitches, and he answered my phone call immediately at 10:30 pm on a weeknight then had me come into his office immediately to stitch me back up. I also got my nose done by him after breaking it several times from playing sports. The surgery improved my confidence, and I no longer suffer from pain and migraines. I was scared to get the surgery, but his team made me feel comfortable and safe before and after the surgery. I have sent several of my friends and family members to get moles and cists removed from him. My one friend loved my new nose so much she decided to get her nose done by him too.

I had a breast reduction in May 2018 with Dr. Collini. I was very nervous but the staff and the doctor were all very friendly and understanding. I was very pleased with my results and experience. There was not one thing I would change. I recommend him to everyone. A very nice and down to earth person with great knowledge.
