Worst care and trreatment I have ever experienced. Cancer diagnosis of thee mouth and jaw sscheduled surgery and cancelled it less tha a week bedfore after waiting 6 months with no treatment including no pain medications. I wowuld not bing my dog to him

doesnt even deserve one star. Inhuman care lack of caring no medication for pain control. He shoudl be cared for the way he treated his patient. Just plain cruel and uncaring!

A very caring staff and doctor who have been with me and by my side during my two year battle with head and neck cancer. Dr R. Has performed two surgeries on me and encouraged second opinions on my treatment and later clinical trial. He’s the best you will find in Lancaster county. He really cares about the patient and his family.

I went to see him as a consult after thyroid surgery with another surgeon which left an uncomfortable scar. He complained severall times that I was very "intense" and he clearly was more concerned about my personality than about the issue at hand. I wouldn't go back.

The reception staff was very friendly and efficient. We were seen quickly. However, the physician was very rude to my son, who is a 13 year autistic child. my son was having trouble getting into the chair and was crying and pushing the doctor away. The doctor actually said "I don't care what you have-you're going to act right or we're gonna have trouble." WOW-we were never spoken to like that EVER in the medical field. I took my son and walked right out. We never received an apology call. Will tell everyone with ears NEVER to go here, especially if you have children that are less than perfect.

Front office personnel were friendly & curteous. All medical staff were personable, caring & compassionate. Dr. & CRNP created a friendly & comfortable environment while taking the time to clearly describe condition & tedious surgical procedure. Clearly answered "all" questions & concerns w/o feeling rushed. Surgery results (little discomfort/no pain, minimal swelling & discoloration, minimization & preciseness of incision along facial contour/creases should reduce future noticeable scarring) is clear evidence of surgeon's excellent skills. Secondarily, after 30 years of a persistent cough, this Dr. is the 1st to diagnose as potentially Neurogenic Cough & prescribe medication that has greatly helped the condition. Overall experience & results were excellent. Highly recommend.

After finding an enlarged thyroid during a routine physical, the process began to properly diagnose the cause. I was not getting any communication from my own doctor and realized the need to look elsewhere. After I left a message with his staff, Dr. Ruggiero called me personally and took the time to answer my questions. I became his patient at that moment, and he guided me through the process of Thyroid cancer with all the professionalism, care and compassion one could hope for. This is a Doctor who loves what he does, and cares about his patients. If you are in need of an ENT, I would most highly recommend.
