Dr Walsh is an amazing doctor but the staff is so rude ! They act like people don’t matter ! Won’t help you or work with you ! Won’t work with insurance!

This office is a joke. After my dad took my mom’s insurance cards the week before, they waited until we came for the appointment to tell us they don’t take her insurance. Wouldn’t even let us pay out of pocket. The office staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. Was going to find out important bloodwork results from seeing my mom in the hospital. These pathetic excuses for people have no business working with the public.

I went even though I already knew I had carpal tunnel hoping to receive answers for recent balance and falling issues to be told that’s not why you were referred. Understanding this I went along with his test. Of course I have carpal tunnel but Afterwards he recommended testing for prediabetes (seeing I don’t have diabetes)was probably my issues with balance along with weight and possibly ear problems. I’m so glad doctors actually are concerned about their patients health problems. In case you didn’t know that’s Sarcasm. He was more worried about my hands than me possibly falling again.

I needed a followup appointment and was told that unless I could bring all the money to pay for the procedure up front even though I have insurance, I couldn't come get and be seen and not be in pain. I told them I just needed to transfer $ and 2 days wasn't enough time and they also hadn't done their job of getting procedure authorized anyway before appointment!! Cold hearted people, only care about money not about patient health!! The staff was so rude and callous!!

I don't know how the Doc is. However when I spoke on the phone with the secretary she was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I am having a hard enough time after a car wreck where I was rear ended so hard, they had to cut me out of my truck. I don't need to be spoken to like that and unfortunately I will never see the Doc cause I wouldn't want to meet the secretary I spoke to over the phone.

Dr. Walsh is very professional and thorough while at the same time being very patient and understanding of a patient's needs and concerns.

Office staff is horrible and very rude!!!Office manager doesnt need to be one. one of the rudest people I have ever met

dr walsh was very nice. will see him again in a few weeks after having surgery. he was very responsive to my needs and quickly got me sn sppointment with a neurosurgeon.first doctor to ever show me my diagnostic results.

One of the worst doctors I have ever been too. Very condescending and does not listen to the patient.
