Horrible doctor, Horrible's office staff, not professional at all, they never call the day before to confirm appointment. Never tell you what you need regarding referrals. Very rude staff, don't care about there patient's I walked in one day one of the girls who was supposed to be receiving faxes was too busy looking for homes on the computer. the other one barely spoken English. Definitely would never recommend it, would not want to ever go back horrible horrible service. When I say they do not care about patients there was an old lady who was there for a biopsy and didn't have a referral and one of the girls came out to tell her that the doctor cannot see her with the referral instead of offering to help this poor old lady by calling her own doctor's office to get a five-minute referral which is something I also had to do because they didn't even tell me I needed one.

My first visit to see Dr. Flores was very unpleasant for the following; dermatologist did not take proper time to assist me and find solutions to my symptoms, His goal was to see as many clients as he could at the same time. In less than 10 minutes he was walking out of the office, on to the next patient. He did not determined my condition, which is not just a glance at it type of condition, it is to be touched and should've been tested to determine what it was. Doctor told me right away he did not know what it was and I should just go see a surgeon and get my condition removed by a surgeon. I was in shock because he just wanted me to go into surgery without determining what I actually had. Did not give me any information on where to go, who to see. He said call your insurance to find out, Usually every specialist refers you to the next specialist, in this case I was just left without information. I felt treated poorly. Doctor sent me creams and shampoos for other conditions I have… with my skin, and he stated twice that he sells them in his office. Which I had to pay out of pocket. One of the assistants who was very kind to answer all my questions after the doctor had left the office sent me other creams through prescriptions , in order for my insurance to cover some of the expenses. I had to buy the shampoo from his office and the creams where sent to my provider. He only wants money, wants everyone to buy from his office and doesnt want to send prescriptions. He wants to see as many clients at the same time to gain more money. Also, very important.. they made a mistake with my date of birth on a prescription and now is a pain to get it corrected. Second, I called recently for a request and I was informed that doctor was out on vacation until a certain date and they will reach me back, I still have not gotten a call back, which is very improper and not professional, since this request I did was due to the doctor's error. Now, I'm currently working with a new dermatologist, hopefully I get my condition solved. This type of experiences are very bad, because you notice, you cannot trust even a doctor.

The waits are ridiculous and they never return the calls if you are lucky for someone to answer the phone. They don’t follow up with patients or pharmacies or insurance companies. Bad administration over all.

Not Professional, rushing all the time, does not pay attention to details, do no review medical records, JACK OF ALL TRADES - MASTER OF NONE because Doctor practice 3 different specialties every day. NOT RECOMMENDED AS A DERMATOLOGIST DOCTOR.

Two Words of Advice "DON"T GO". I had a 1:30. they did not open doors from lunch until 1:40. They tried to charge me for the full cost of the visit when my insurance would cover 100% - took them another 1/2 hr on the phone to get the facts straight. The receptionist's attitude is not acceptable under any circumstances. I sat in the reception area and a Pt. room for a total of 70 minutes past my app't time. Nurse entered & told me Dr would be another 15 minutes. Between waiting and the exam-I would've been there over 2 hours. When i said i could not wait anymore since it was my lunch break - the nurse shrugged and walked out. I could not wait and had to leave. WOW - what planet did they come from???? Obviously one that does not practice HUMANITY. Oh yah - i happened to arrive when the Dr. was returning from lunch - he was equally as rude as his staff. My gut told me to get the heck out of there and i was so relieved when i did. My only regret is that they have my personal data.

Worst Doctor that I have visited in my life. He was recommended by my Primary Doctor therefore I did not check this site and background. Now I realized that he practice 3 specialties very unrelated. Jack of all trades. Did not examine my skin and other conditions. Did not care. He was in a rush in spite that I waited a lot of time to see him. I do not recommend this doctor for any Skin diagnosis or treatment.

NEW PATIENT - Did NOT review my medical history and Prescriptions that an Asst. took 12 minutes to input in the Computer. Came in and was Standing all the time. Did not EXAM my skin condition(s). Spend only a few minutes. Did not look for alternative. When living the room, I have to indicate that I have another condition in my skin, that he did NOT do an examination, just look at it, and wrote a Prescription. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A FIRST VISIT OF NEW PATIENT, NOT A DEDICATED DOCTOR. DID NOT REVIEW IF I HAVE OTHER SKIN PROBLEMS!!! DOCTOR WAS IN A RUSH... BUT HE FILE A CLAIM LIKE A NEW PATIENT FIRST VISIT - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.

From my experience, he is the worst dermatologist in miramar.I waited for about an hour long in the waiting room ,it's like the staffs were ignoring my existence.Finally i made it through to the patient room,but only to wait another half hour.Eventually he came in with no question asked ,spended only FIVE SECOND to check on my skin, prescribed me several expensive useless medications and did not explain my condition.honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND
