Dr. Francisco Rueda Halili, MD

Most unprofessional medical experience ever. I had a student in training in the room with me alone and she asked me, “Umm, what are you here for?” What? What are my records here for? Prior to even coming to the back, I had a lady literally one foot behind me as I was checking in. No privacy whatsoever. An older lady, probably about 75 came in and told the receptionist that someone called her up and asked who…the response was, “I don’t know!” Sigh. No effort. Once in back, I overheard the older lady’s medical issues and I know she’s going into surgery here soon. Back to being in the exam room with the student…As I was changing, I realized that I had received a skirt versus a gown. As I was changing the doctor knocks and a nurse comes right in and my chest is out. By this time I was super annoyed and told them to just come on in since they were already in. The nurse sees that I was issued a skirt instead of a gown and corrects the issue. The doctor comes in and asks a few questions… and I was out within 15 minutes. He put emphasis on the issue that I had…almost like it was nothing. It’s not like I know…I was there to find out. Once released from the room, I rushed to put on my shirt so that I could leave ASAP. I then walk out and the doctor was sitting in the chair with my file and was making a unprofessional, not hurtful comment about me. The ladies surrounding cue him to let him know I was behind him. LSS, once leaving the facility I knew I would not return, I didn’t feel comfortable but since I drove 70 miles I stayed for the entire appointment. I contacted my actual doctor who referred me to this location and requested for a new location. The experience was all wrong. Just unprofessional!

Worst Bedside Manner I've ever seen. My husband was a patient of Dr Halili's. He had lung cancer. He did surgery on him to remove the huge tumor in my husband's lung. He almost bled to death and had to have a blood transfusion. Dr Halilli had no compassion for me or my husband. My husband only lasted 2 months after this unnecessary surgery. He was only 58 yrs old.

Being new to the area and finding out I needed gallbladder surgery was a little scary. But from my first chat with Dr Halili to my release from his care I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was very professional and even more nice. He and his entire staff were great. Ed

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was refered to dr halili for my mastectomy. I was so affraid and depressed to hear the bad news and to make matters worst I was without insurance and fighting for medicaid. I paid for my first visit with dr halili as self pay and it was a decent amount after that the hospital agreed to put me down as pending medicaid and did the surgery he was gentle yet affirmative that I would b ok and got through the surgery better than expected through out my ordeal the staff at his office worked hard to get me through this and I'm now recovering and on my way to remission. I highly recommend dr halili to anyone needing general surgery couldn't feel more blessed..

Dr. Halili answers all questions. Gives you all the time you need. He is a caring, very smart doctor.
