I was nervous to find a new dermatologist when I moved to Miami and I am so happy and relieved to have found Dr. Kerdel. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. As important as the doctor is, so is the staff in the front office, especially when dealing with Prior Authorizations and complicated medications. It has been the easiest process and I cannot recommend Dr. Kerdel or his team enough!

Excellent doctor . The best I have seen in many years. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff and residents that accompany him were kind and respectful. Totally a wonderful experience.

Is been my Doctor since 1992 , i think is a great Doctor and I wouldn't change him for anything .

Office staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Kerdel excellent professional with great bedside manners. Recommend him very highly.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I went to see Dr. Kerdel because I have some raised, dark things on my face the keep getting bigger and I keep getting more. I also wanted to have my moles checked, like a regular checkup. I was first seen my his ‘assistant’ (don’t know his exact position) who wasted no time. After asking me what I was there for, he looked at my face and then QUICKLY asked to look at my chest, back, legs etc. I had walked in there literally 2 min earlier. There was no changing into a gown, no explanation of what was going to happen. Just orders. Take off your shoe, now the other. It all went so fast... i had to unzip my dress in front of him, it was uncomfortable undressing each body part at a time in front of him. But it was all so rushed and he wasnt into chatting. He didnt even get to check my whole body as he would have been able to if he had followed protocols other professional derms do, like putting in a gown and taking a look area by area. Then Dr.… Kerdel came in, said hi and his assistant told him what I had come in for. (As he looked at my face from FAR) He didnt even sit. He looked at my face for maybe 1.5 seconds, from far, and then said ‘are you ready for pain’ and went ahead and started burning off stuff on my face. I asked him if thats the only way to remove them, he said yes, and burned off what felt like 10 points (burning them took maybe 10 seconds). He burned on my forehead where i had none of the raised things. I have NO idea what he burned. He did not burn even one of the raised things. I have no idea where his head was at when i was explaining (trying to) what I was in there for. I asked him what about the biggest ones, as he hadnt even gone to the area where they were. I couldnt seeing what he was burning since they dont give you a mirror, and i never imagined he would just stop without burning what i actually came in for. They cover a LOT of my face sooooo not sure how disregarded I have to be to not have those addressed. So after seconds of burning he said, ok come in again in 2 months and we’ll see. What!!??!! LITERALLY NOTHING I WENT IN FOR WAS ADDRESSED. The assistant prescribed me a cream for MELASMA. I don’t have melasma. I needed the things on my face removed. At least addressed, tell me what they are, and how to manage/remove them. I did NOT need burned what he burned off which i see now were little spots or moles. Sit down and TALK TO THE PERSON in front of you; so disrespectful. He literally didnt listen to a word i said or wanted. He was clueless. The maybe 3 minutes he was in the office he was moving and doing stuff, didnt take one minute to listen and take a LOOK and FEEL my face as I asked him to, so that he could feel and see what I was talking about. So no wonder he did the wrong thing, he probably didnt even know what I wanted removed as he didnt even feel them. I was never given a minute to think about what just happened and ask questions etc. LITERALLY SO COLD AND RUDE RUSHING THROUGH APPOINTMENT. Anyways, this was a waste of my time... unprofessional and disrespectful. I would have said something but they both left the room so fast and were so short and seemed in a hurry, I literally had no chance. Please don’t waste you time going to this doctor. Now I have to make an appointment with a real dermatologist to get my skin addressed and treated. At least anyone else will be better... as anything done will be more than NOTHING done. :(

I have been battling psoriasis on my elbows and psoriatic arthritis and Dr Kerdel was able to prescribe the medications which have totally removed my embarrassing elbow psoriasis and has dramatically improved my daily excruciating pain from my arthritis. Thank you for my new life Dr Kerdel!!!!

ISo for the 2nd visit was also ok looked at my skin for about 5 minutes and then He prescribe a new cream for my skin, i like the doctor and his staffed, But I did tell him that it feels like a cyst in my back area. But we'll see

Overall excellent experience. Office staff was helpful and friendly. Dr was very gracious.

I am very happy for the medical services of Dr Kerdel office.
