Dr. Francisco Gustavo Moreno, MD

If your child needs an ENT, there’s no other choice! Dr. Moreno was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. He answered all of my questions and even presented alternative options if the chosen treatment plan didn’t fix my daughter’s problems. Surgery day was a breeze, we spoke with him multiple times and I was kept informed every step of the way. Her pain was well controlled and recovery was quick with the post-op prescriptions/discharge instructions given. His office is also very good about always answering the phone! More than his medical expertise, my favorite part about working with Dr. Moreno is knowing faith guides his actions. After every encounter, he always ended our conversation by saying God bless. This only increased my trust and comfort in him. I will continue to share his name with others in the community because our experience was just that good!

I don't even know where to start. After being hospitalized on a vent for a year when I came home I needed an ENT. Apparently he is the one who placed the trach and you have to see the doctor that placed it. PCP finally tracked down the correct doctor and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist immediately started saying we couldn't be seen because of an unpaid balance from the hospital and it all had to be paid. I was able to pay some on the balance and be seen. Asked the doctor for help with swallowing issues and he said 'you will just have to go to vandy or something' No referral no nothing. Called to get an appointment today because pulminary said we can start towards removing trach. They said no your balance has been turned over to collections and you can't be seen. So I have no way of getting care because nobody else will see me. I want to cry.I hope nobody has to experience this kind of treatment

This man took advantage of my single mother when I was a minor he preformed more than 5 surgeries on me before I was 12. pointless unnecessary procedures . Sinus windows surgery 15 years ago and I can barely breath trough my nose and 4 set of tubes in my ears. I had to force him to take out my tubes at 12 years old. I experienced permanent hearing loss in one of my ears probably from so many surgeries on my ears. If your a parent don’t take your child here or at least get a second opinion before he puts your child under the knife.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. Staight to the point, and will try everything to get you better. And the staff is almost like fami!ly.

He is wonderful as well as his staff. The day I went back for my follow up after my 1st ear surgery which was 2 days later, my mother had passed away that morning. When i got there to have the shell removed they took me straight back and he told me how sorry he was. He as well as the staff were very comforting. I recommend him to everyone that says they need to see and E.N.T. He also worked on my grandson who was 3. They did a wonderful job with him also.

Dr. Moreno has operated on two of my children AND my husband within the last 2 months. The kids did great and have such an easier time breathing now. My husband had major post op complications due to the severely enlarged/scarred/infected tonsils he had, he hemorrhaged the day after surgery and I had to call 911. The EMT's actually told him it was normal and going to the hospital would do nothing because all they would do was give him ice chips. He was so weak, he had lost so much blood (it filled the entire bathroom sink!!!). I was still worried and called his office and the nurse pulled him directly to the phone. He advised an immediate trip to the ER. To our surprise, we were greeted with a surgical team awaiting his arrival. Dr. Moreno had traveled from Knoxville to Sevierville at the speed of light to prevent my husband from bleeding to death. After the emergency surgery, he told me to call any time, day or night, with any questions at all. He has been a man of his word because I… have needed to call several times, and he walked me through it all. They have called so many times since just to check on him. I am personally very thankful for his service to our family.

Dr. Moreno is a wonderful physician. He is very caring,down to earth, and has the patients best interest in mind.
