Dr. Francisco Sosa, MD

Bedside is horrible!! Very rude, no explanation just that he had "other' emergencies, as if we weren't one of them. INSISTED on the surgery and what do you know.. it wasn't what he "thought", she could have DIED. He should be a little more kind and gentle to those in Obstetrics. Definitely pound the wrong field of medicine. Rude and rough. If I didn't have to pick a star, he would get ZERO. Find another doctor please!! He needs to find another career

I sure do miss Dr. Augustus Parker. He was the BEST!! Since Dr. Parker is no longer practicing, I went to Dr. Francisco Sosa. There's something about him I didn't particularly like. But I continued going to him for annual checkups for 2 years. Last year 2018 after he did my exam (I think he could sense I didn't particularly care for him) he told me I didn't have to come back. I was in the process of looking for a new GYN Dr. anyway. I definitely won't be going back to him. I dreaded it anyway and it was probably written all over my face.

Made an appt., called and verified appt., but when I arrived (after taking off work, driving 30 miles 1 way) the receptionist informs me that my appt. is for the following Thurs. I explained to her that I confirmed my appt. and asked her if she could ask the Dr. if they could see me. She then informed me that it would be her decision (so now the receptionist/clerk can make decisions for the Dr., hmmm). I informed her that since I came from so far, I could wait. She "acts" like she confers with the Dr. and says "sorry, no one can see you". Now remember, she informed me she had the last say!! Then she has the audacity to say "we'll see you next week"! I told her I choose NOT to support "her" type of business and don't look for me next week or any other time. I stepped next door to see if anyone was available and was informed that I was the 5th person today from that office that could not see the Dr! So, you decide if this is the type of practice you want to entrust your medical needs!!!

Rude, dismissive, condescending. Gave incorrect diagnosis. Horrible bedside manner.
