Smart, fantastic sense of humor, staff knows their stuff, asks the RIGHT questions, DOES NOT prescribe meds just to get you out of the office, takes the time to get a good knowledge of what could have led up to your problem, to see IF it is medical. If I were to move back into the tri-cities, which is very doubtful, I would go back to Dr. Cole.

This man should not be a doctor. Since suffering a stroke he has become incompetent. He has no patients with his staff. I have heard him verbally abusing them. I wsuted for 1.5 hours and then the receptionist rudly announced that he was not coming in as he had emergency so we went to lunch and we seen him sitting there some emergency. Will never ever go back to him.

He is an outstanding doctor for the elderly. He is very kind and has a wonderful beside manner. Always call before going to the office to see how long the wait time is. He is an "old school" doctor, meaning, he cares about the PATIENT and will actually go out of his way for the patient if needed. Sometimes he overcommits himself. He truly cares about people.

After going to different hospitals and doctors in 4 different states having pain in my chest that was misdiagnosed ( for over 9 years!) I moved here to WA and without knowing anything about Dr.Cole, I went to see him. He asked me questions and that night I was in the hospital awaiting surgery on my gall bladder..I had a stone as big as a Robins egg! Thanks to Dr.Cole I am now healthy and pain free!I would recommend him to everyone!!
