Dr. Frank Victor Custureri, MD

Dr. Custureri is the epitome of a dedicated physician. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He has cared for my entire family for over 45 years. We met him as he started his practice and have been Blessed to have him treat all family members for a variety of issues. Thank you Dr. C for being the best.

I could not be happier with the care I received from Dr. Frank. Everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating. I had an urgent need and they were able to see me on the same day I called. Dr. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. Although it was my first visit, I felt comfortable as if I'd been going there for years. I highly recommend.

I really like Dr Custereri and have seen him for decades. The first problem is the lady at the desk. She is nasty, patronizing, rude, and I don't like her. After a year or so putting up with her attitude and having Dr Custereri as my Doctor for years, I have to make a decision as to putting up with this crap or not. Also you may wait 2-3 hours with an appointment to be seen.

Never on time for appointment. Waiting times too long. No sheet to sign-in. Always in a hurry. Not listening to health complain.

I have been going to Dr. Custureri for years. His professionalism and knowedge extends far beyond other doctors. There is nothing to not like about him or his doctoring. He makes sure he spends enough time with his patients, he is caring and I would never change doctors. Joan Nappi

Peggy front desk girl was great. Dr was fantastic wish I had been going to him a long time ago. Thank you highly recommend him

The staff ignores patients by lack of a greeting & eye contact & indifference. Should be replaced.

As one of his patients, he failed miserably when I ended up in the local emergency room. Despite calling his office and his beeper to let him know where I was he never showed up. I was eventually transported to a major medical center due to my serious medical condition. He never once called to check on me. He never came to the emergency room, despite it being two blocks from his office and me being there numerous hours and numerous calls to his office. He seems nice in his office, although you wait FOREVER to see him, but when the 'chips are down,' he, for me, was a no show. I do have to say he apologized later. But when I REALLY needed him, he wasn't there and I was left without a medical advocate for myself and went through a horrendous experience as a result.
