They treat you like a drug addict. No compassion! Do yourself a favor, please find someone else

I have been seeing Dr Falco for over 6 years. During those six years he has shown me nothing but kindness and empathy for my disease CRPS 2. Last year I was paralyzed Dr Falco did everything thing he could to find out the reason even by canceling ALL his scheduled appointments to take me to the University of Penn hospital and get me admitted. Which I was. He did not leave until after 8:30. My husband has been unemployed since Jan 2017. The only income we managed to live on was my disability and because of this he did not charge me kyu

If i could give this doctor a 0 star I would , You will wait at least 4 hours after your appointment, He don't care about anyone but his big ego , if this is your only choice for PM I feel very bad for you , I don't know how they stay open or why anyone would go to him for any reason , In my opinion I wouldn't take my Chesapeake Bay Retriver to this guy ,,

I had a 4 p.m. appointment with Dr. Falco. I ended up seeing him at 10 p.m. and he was only interested in prescribing medication and redoing diagnostic tests that I had already had done. This office is run like a factory for money.

Go elsewhere if you don't want the spinal block because this doctor makes his money off surgery and overbooks his practice. And the wait times are outrageous! HOURS, not minutes passed as I waited in his dingy waiting room in pain. I was treated as if I was supposed to be grateful that this God of a doctor would even see me. I went to PA and found a great doc, so don't believe he's the only doctor who will see you.

DON'T GO!!! Worst experience EVER!!! Extremely unprofessional staff. Waited nearly 3 hours for a scheduled new patient appointment, that I arrived over 45 minutes early for. After checking in with his staff several times, and being told the Dr. would see me shortly, I finally got up out of the exam room and advised I was leaving, and asked for my co-pay and medical records back, Dr. Falco went completely FREAKO and came after me in his completely packed waiting room, hovering over me, point his finger in my face, yelling and screaming at me stating I was a "selfish little brat" that "I needed to get out before [he] calls the Police," how dare I be "complaining when other people wait 4 to 6 hours to see him!" I happened to be on the phone with my Primary Care's office at the time, since they had referred me to Dr. Falco, they heard the entire altercation, and were in complete disbelief! Shocking!!! Very very sad!!! Dr. Falco needs MAJOR intervention!

If you're a long term on pain medicine person, don't bother with this doctor. He pushes the operation. The electric shock needle installed by your spinal cord. (not my thing!) he doesn't want you! 30mg a day or less is all he'll subscribe for you. For most of us on long term medicine that's a 4 hour dose. It was also a 3 month wait to get in to see him. It tics me off because he wasted my time and now have to find another doctor. I've been there twice for a 3 hour wait and only saw him once.

Most recent visit: Appt was scheduled at 5pm, wasn't seen until 8pm and didn't actually leave until 9pm. I would never complain if this was a one time thing or even just occasional. This is ever single time I visit Mid atlantic, regardless of the time of day, doctor I see, or the location. It seems this practice makes a habit of booking way too many patients for each time slot available. And I do understand that this is a high demand facility, but a 3-4 hour wait time is inexcusable. If you have any choice in the matter ( I do not because of my insurance ) I would highly recommend being treated else where. On a lighter note, the reception staff, nurses, and doctors are all extremely professional and courteous. If you can get past the extreme scheduling issues, it is still possible to have a good experience with Mid Atlantic.
