Dr. Frank Garigali, MD

I have overlooked the tardyness. But after being "bum rushed" for the third time ,, I'm done. I too have other important things to do.

Dr. Garigali is wonderful. Everytime I see him, he listens patiently and explains everything to me so that I understand. He is very kind and warm, and a great diagnostician. His staff is really nice to work with as well.

Walk in, no appointment needed. Dr. Garigali is an excellent Dr.

No appoinments; this is a walk in office. Wait times vary from 10 minutes to well over an hour depending on the day and season . He never rushes you through.

Dr. Garigali is personable and has great bedside manners.

I have been going to this place for years. The doctors act like they dont know you and the billing department is downright deceitful. I went if for a shot, was charged upfront even though I had insurance that would cover the proecedure. They told me I had to pay upfront and they would submit the paperwork for me to get reimbursed. Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls, they never did what they promise. I got stuck with the bill even though Elaine from their billing department promised a full refund. They lied and became rude. I filed a better business complaint that is still pending, we will see what happens. Go down the street to the new office on route 59, much nicer, better service in every way. Stay away from this office!!
