Dr. Frank Chin-Fan Lieu, MD

I can't rate Dr. Lieu highly enough. He is really great, and we are glad to have him.

Very bad clinic, super rude front desk. Instead of straightening out the medical bills correctly with insurance company, they keep harassing the patients. The phone number listed for the clinic can't reach to a real person!!! It goes straight to "prescription" voice box!

We have had no problems with Dr. Lieu. He is the pediatrician for our kids for about 8 years now.

Dr. Lieu has been our son's Doctor since 1993. He seems to make great diagnosis and is very informed. He takes time to talk to our son and how he feels. We're thrilled to have found him and had him for all of these years.

Dr. Lieu has been both of my children's doctor since birth. I am very pleased with him and they love him. He takes the time to talk to the children and find out how they are doing. He asks their permission before looking in their ears etc. They feel valued. I typically wait 10 mins. to see him but have waited 20 to 25 if they are squeezing us in. I appreciate that they do squeeze us in, so the wait is worth it.I haven't had a bad experience with any of the staff. All have been curteous and helpful.

Doctor is OK, but unfortunately office policy is very strict and unaccomodating, and office manager extremely unpleasant and uncourteous. The office charges for everything including for providing a copy of your records, and makes an overall impression that making lots of money is of primary importance in this practice. After several bad experiences we decided to look for another doctor.
