He gave me wrong surgery on my knees. Now I'm facing total replacement. He lies everything on his medical report for his convenience. Stay way from him.

Frank Lombardo documented that I was not putting weight on my left hip and side in my medical record. He didn't know he was being video recorded and audio recorded, and added an exam to my medical record which he did not do. He told me he does hip replacements, and that he did not see what the radiologist had found on my imaging, and that some doctors don't believe that a muscle in the buttock can have inflammation which presses on the sciatic nerve, which another doctor had diagnosed and saw also that this muscle was enlarged on imaging. I asked him if he would do further imaging of my hips which he refused to do, and he suggested that I go back to my GP. He also told me that the piriformis muscle attaches from the sacrum to the ischium, when in fact it attaches to the trochanteric bursa. In my medical record he added an entire exam that he never did, sitting the entire appointment across the room from me, saying one in office exam he did not do was "negative" when it had been… positive in the past. After refusing to do hip imaging, when I wasn't able to walk and stand, I finally, four years later found out that the severe hip pain I am having needed further specialized imaging of the hips, and he is a hip surgeon who could have saved me four years of agony and didn't bother to take my severe and agonizing pain and disability seriously. It turns out that I needed and anthrogram MRI with dye which is more accurate than the MRI without the dye in finding hip labrum tears, which took me four years of pain and expense of going to many doctors in other professions to please do. Finally I found someone who would do the imaging that I needed, someone who wasn't even a hip surgeon, and the indeed I have a serious and disabling and agonizingly painful hip injury.. He suggested perhaps seeing a neurologist, and when I asked him if he could suggest one, he told me that he didn't know any. It just appeared that he wanted to take the appointment money for consultation with a specialist, without doing the work required to diagnose me, and he never bothered to even examine, yet made the medical record look like he did.

Not a Pleasing Bedside Manner. Abrupt, Cold,and did not try to engage me: did not show any interest in establish a rapport with me as a person other than twisting my hip around and lifting my leg to see how much pain I was in Did not show me my x-rays, just prior to his running out [before I could ask any questions] whipped out his appointment book and asked me which date I preferred to schedule the surgery. I am by profession a social worker of many years, hence, I have a long history of dealing with people; I therefore feel that my observations are quite accurate.

I saw him once and he said I needed a hip replacement and was not forthcoming with any info unless I asked, but didn't know what to ask at that point.. Then I called him 2 times a couple of months after to schedule an appointment and left a message on the answer machine and am still waiting for a call back from the doctor or at the very least, the staff.
